Corps of Engineers awards a $500k contract for the Next NGA West Integrated Project Office’s janitorial services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a multiyear contract to a St. Louis, Missouri company for a total of $491,279.81 to provide the Next NGA West Integrated Project Office’s Janitorial Services. Dala Worldwide Services, a Minority Women-Owned Small Business, will provide janitorial services for the on-site office space throughout the construction of the Next NGA West.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a $3,146,064 contract to provide the Next NGA West Integrated Project Office to Modular Management Group of Fort Worth, Texas, a Minority-Owned Small Business. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency reveal McCarthy HITT renderings for the Next NGA West Campus

Today, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) reveal concept renderings for the Next NGA West (N2W) campus from the design-build team McCarthy HITT winning proposal. The entirety of the campus is anticipated to be operational in 2025.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Awards Design-Build Contract to McCarthy HITT – Next NGA West JV, for the Construction of Next NGA West Project

McCarthy HITT – Next NGA West JV, 1341 N Rock Hill Rd, St. Louis, Missouri has been awarded a $ 711,651,970.00 design-build contract for the construction of the Next NGA West (N2W) campus that will be built in St. Louis, Missouri with an estimated completion date of April 2023. As the construction agent, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District is responsible for the design, construction and delivery of the N2W facilities.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers selects three companies to compete for Next NGA West Construction Contract

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, announced today that they have selected three design-build teams to compete for the contract award of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s new facility in North St. Louis, known as Next NGA West. This completes the first phase of the selection process for contract award which evaluated team qualifications.
