KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a $3,146,064 contract to provide the Next NGA West Integrated Project Office to Modular Management Group of Fort Worth, Texas, a Minority-Owned Small Business. We look forward to working with this small business contractor to design and construct our on-site office space.
These offices will provide space for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and are expected to be occupied in early 2020.
As the construction agent, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is responsible for the design, construction and delivery of the N2W facilities.
Next NGA West is the largest federal investment project in the history of St. Louis. It is a mega-project jointly managed by the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Air Force. The 97-acre site is located in the historic St. Louis Place neighborhood at the intersection of Jefferson and Cass avenues. The project will feature an approximately 712,000 square foot office building, parking garages, visitor center, remote inspection facility and access control points.
