Temporary bridge closures over Harlan County Dam through May 2017

REPUBLICAN CITY, Neb. — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District Harlan County Dam Project Office is alerting the public to intermittent temporary road closures on the bridge over the Harlan County Dam through May 14, 2017.

Bridge closure continues on Harlan County Dam

REPUBLICAN CITY, Neb.,— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Harlan County Lake is preparing for a closure of the dam to allow the contractor, OCCI, to continue work on the dam spillway. During the periods of June 15 through June 18 and June 24 through July 2, both lanes of the dam may be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and traffic will be directed to take the designated detour

Bridge closure planned on Harlan County Dam

REPUBLICAN CITY, Neb.,— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Harlan County Lake is preparing for a closure of the dam to allow the contractor, OCCI, to continue work on the dam spillway. During the periods of May 20 and 21 and May 27 through June 4, both lanes of the dam may be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and traffic will be directed to take the designated detour.
