LOCATION: The project would affect Mill Creek, a water of the United States. The project area is located approximately 0.25 miles southeast of the Mill Creek Streamway Park, in the SW ¼ of Section 36, Township 12 South, Range 23 East, Johnson County, Kansas.

PROPOSED WORK: The applicant requests authorization to place fill within Mill Creek at Site MP 19.5 for the purpose of bank erosion protection and stabilization to protect railroad infrastructure and reduce sedimentation into Mill Creek.
