APPLICANT: Landoll Properties, LLC/CK Farms

LOCATION: The project would affect the Kansas River, waters of the United States and navigable waters of the United States. The project area is located approximately 1,800 feet south of Excel Road, in Section 22, Township 10 south Range 8 east, Pottawatomie County, Kansas.

PROPOSED WORK: The applicant requests authorization to place fill within the Kansas River at Landoll Properties Site for the purpose of bank erosion protection and stabilization to protect agricultural land and reduce sedimentation into the Kansas River, and important navigable waterway.
