PROJECT LOCATION: The project would affect waters of the United States and navigable waters of the United States associated with the Kansas River. The project is located at River Mile 87.0, in Section 26, Township 11 South, Range 15 East in City of Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas.
PROPOSED WORK: The applicant requests authorization to modify the weir by constructing a permanent crest cap on top of existing weir cells and south chute at elevations 861.3 and 860.3 feet mean sea level.
