Army Corps of Engineers waives fees on National Public Lands Day, Sept. 28

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced today that it will waive day use fees normally charged at boat launch ramps and swimming beaches at its recreation areas nationwide in recognition of National Public Lands Day on Saturday, Sept. 28.

20th Annual Stockton Lake Cleanup Event Scheduled

STOCKTON, Mo.— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Stockton Lake are teaming up with the Missouri Stream Team, National Public Lands Day and the Kansas City Frogman Dive Club to host the 20th annual Stockton Lake Cleanup Event on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 8 a.m. Lunch and prizes will be provided to volunteers following the event at noon.
