Truman Lake beaches set to open for 2015 season

WARSAW, Mo. — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Harry S. Truman Lake announced the opening of five swimming beaches on May 15, 2015.

Road work scheduled for Truman Dam access road

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Harry S. Truman Lake has announced upcoming road work in the vicinity of the Harry S. Truman Dam. Access roads both east and west of Truman Dam will have a surface seal coat applied during the week of May 11.

Truman Lake to hold annual managed deer hunt

WARSAW, Mo., — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Harry S. Truman Lake and The Masonic Lodge #653 will host the 25th Annual Truman Lake Managed Deer Hunt for persons with physical disabilities Nov. 8 and 9, 2014, at Shawnee Bend and Berry Bend Parks.
