Enbridge, Line 41 Missouri River Horizontal Directional Drilling Pipeline Project: Proposed Alteration of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Civil Works Project Pursuant to Pursuant to 33 USC 408

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District is evaluating a Section 408 Request to Alter a Federal Project pursuant to 33 USC 408. Enbridge’s proposed project would involve work on the Missouri River and Federal Levee MRLS 448-443-L. Enbridge would complete installation of a 20-inch petroleum pipeline via horizontal directional drilling under the Missouri River and Federal Levee MRLS 448-443-L. The project would be conducted completely on Enbridge easement and approved private land. The public notice summarizes the proposed project, public interest review, and environmental evaluation.
