The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, Small Business Deputy, Arthur Saulsberry, was recognized by the Northwestern Division as the division nominee for the Small Business Deputy of the Year.
“Arthur’s many contributions to the success of the Small Business Program reflect great honor not only upon himself, but also the district, the Northwestern Division and the Corps of Engineers as an enterprise,” said Col. Doug Guttormsen, commander, Kansas City District.
