STOCKTON, Mo.— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Stockton Lake has cancelled the 22nd annual Eagle Day event originally scheduled for Saturday, January 9, due to high water.
The marinas used for the boat tours are currently inundated with water. Parking, loading and unloading the boats for the tours, and obstructions in the water, would not be safe for guest tours.
