KANSAS CITY, Mo.— The Kansas Army Ammunition Plant will host a Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) meeting for local community members on September 10, 2013, at the Labette Bank located at 2121 Main, Parsons, Kan., from 6 to 8 p.m.
The public can speak to representatives from the U.S. Army, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment regarding on-going remediation efforts to enhance and foster relationships in the community. Light refreshments will be provided.
