LAWRENCE, Kan.— The road across Clinton Dam (County Road E 900) will reopen at 4:30 pm today, Feb. 21.
Conditions have improved and snowplows have cleared the road so it is passable. Please continue to exercise caution when crossing the dam as it is still snow packed and slick in spots.
