KANSAS CITY, Mo.— The Missouri River Recovery Program has launched a new online, interactive tool named the Missouri River Basin Explorer. This informational tool was designed for the public to provide insight regarding the river’s natural environment and the efforts of the Missouri River Recovery Program. Organized by geographic regions, the Basin Explorer provides insight to the Missouri River ecosystem through graphic and scientific connections between the natural environment, endangered species, challenges and solutions to the river’s system.  This interactive tool makes detailed scientific information accessible to all.
