    MANNHATTAN, Kan.,— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Tuttle Creek Lake invites the public to attend the Lewis and Clark Expedition program on Saturday, June 20, 2015, at 7 p.m. The program will be held at the Roadside Shelter in Tuttle Creek Cove Park. The program is free and no vehicle permits are required. All ages are invited to attend.
  • Water expected to rise at Tuttle Creek Lake

    MANHATTAN, Kan.— Due to large amounts of rainfall, the water level in Tuttle Creek Lake is expected to rise substantially over the coming weekend. The increase in storm waters from the rivers flowing into Tuttle Creek Lake will likely result in a 15 to 20 foot rise in the lake by early next week. The dam is safe and can handle the increased flows.
  • Annual Day Use Pass now available

    MANHATTAN, Kan.,— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Tuttle Creek Lake announced that the 2015 annual day use pass is now available. The annual day use pass costs $30 and is valid Nationwide and permits the holder and accompanying passengers to use boat ramps and swim beaches at Corps of Engineers parks without further charge. When using a day use recreation facility at a Corps lake, either an annual pass or a daily pass is required.
  • Riverpond Road at Tuttle Creek to close for Wolf Creek Bridge renovations

    MANHATTAN, Kan.,— Due to planned renovations on the bridge over Wolf Creek, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Tuttle Creek Lake will close Riverpond Road from Mar. 23 through Mar. 27.
