  • Pomme de Terre Reservoir to conduct low flow test release

    Pomme de Terre Reservoir will conduct a test release starting on October 3, 2023, reducing flows from 50 cubic feet per second to 10 cubic feet per second over the course of 11 days. The test release will end on the afternoon of October 13, 2023. The test release will start the flow reduction process around 3:00 p.m. on October 3, and will decrease flows by as much as five cubic feet per second, each day.

  • Pomme de Terre Reservoir to increase water releases temporarily

    Pomme de Terre Reservoir will conduct a test release starting on February 14, 2022, by ramping up water releases to 1,500 cubic feet per second then increasing to 3,500 cfs early in the morning on February 15. The test release will continue at 3,500 cfs into Feb. 16 and start the ramp down process by the end of that day. The test release is in conjunction with work being done to update the Pomme de Terre Reservoir Water Control Manual.

  • Pomme de Terre Lake releases increased

    Pomme de Terre Lake continues to maintain high inflows that began on March 12th and is expected to continue through early spring. The lake will continue to maximize releases of 3,000 cubic feet per second, or cfs, up to 3,500 cfs as downstream conditions allow.
