Eagle Day at Stockton Lake Jan. 12 - Corps lake in southwest Missouri

The Kansas City District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Stockton Lake near Stockton, Mo. will host an Eagle Day with partners on Jan. 12, 2019. At the beginning of each year, the Stockton Lake Association, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, and the Missouri Department of Conservation combine forces to bring the community a spectacle of nature’s beauty known as Eagle Day. Eagle Days scheduled at Smithville Lake

SMITHVILLE, Mo.— The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites the public to Smithville Lake’s 23rd Annual Eagle Days in Smithville, Mo., Jan. 6 and 7, 2018. “Nearly 1,500 attend this event annually,” said Derek Dorsey, Smithville Lake park manager. “This will be the 23rd year the Corps of Engineers has hosted this event and we appreciate working with our local partners to ensure the attendees have a great experience at the Smithville Lake Eagle Days.” [Read More]
