LOCATION: The project would affect waters of the United States associated with the Blackwater River. The project/review area is located south of Interstate 70, approximately 2 miles west of the intersection of Interstate 70 and Missouri Highway 65 in Section 5, Township 48 north, Range 21 west; at Latitude 38.966056 and Longitude -93.243813; in unincorporated Saline County, Missouri.
PROPOSED WORK: The establishment of a site under an umbrella mitigation banking instrument for the Central Plains/Black Water/Lamine Rivers EDU service area.
