Stockton Lake. -- The Kansas City District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, announces the reopening of the Crabtree Cove Boat Ramp and Fishing Dock at Stockton Lake. The closure began on March 16, 2026, to allow for significant repairs to the boat ramp maneuver area.
The boat ramp is not only a key access point for recreation, but is also crucial for the Stockton Lake staff, serving as the closest launch point to the project office’s patrol boat. This access is vital for emergency response operations and maximizing public safety on the lake.
