Camping - Berry Bend Equestrian Park

Berry Bend Equestrian Park is limited to equestrian users. Berry Bend Equestrian Park contains 89 campsites- 24 with electrical hookups, a shower building, laundry facilities, children’s playground, and park entrance station. Corrals and overhead tie posts are located adjacent to some of the campsites. All season water hydrants are scattered throughout the campground.

Equestrian riders will find several miles of trails to ride. Riders that are utilizing the trail for the day should access the trails from the Berry Bend #1 Picnic Shelter area. The trails are for hikers and equestrian use only. Equestrian riders must have a VS Form 10-11 showing proof of a negative Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) test within the last 12 months. In addition, equine from out of state must have an official certificate of veterinary inspection (health inspection).

Directions: From Warsaw, 4.4 miles west on Mo. Hwy 7, 3 miles west on State Route Z, 1.8 miles south on paved access road.

Users of the Equestrian Campground are required to keep their animals from removing bark from the trees. Trees providing shade around the campsites are being destroyed by animals removing the bark of the trees. Violators may receive a citation for destroying the natural resources of the park.
