Recipient Reporting at FederalReporting.gov
An overview Web Video now available on YouTube, entitled "Recipient Reporting Overview." This is the first of a series of reporting videos that will be available on YouTube regarding Recipient Reporting.

There is also a www.FederalReporting.gov User Guide now available on Downloads Page. Go to the Downloads page to access the User Guide files. (A Quick Reference Guide for the Reporting.gov “Copy Function” for recipient reports is available for contractors who will be submitting reports over multiple reporting periods.)
To find your contract and the applicable codes, go to https://www.fpds.gov and save the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Report" (http://www.fpdsng.com/downloads/top_requests/TAS_Report.xls) to your local drive. Open the file, then find your contract number (without the dashes). This report has all the "codes" (TAS, Awarding Organization Code, etc.) needed for the Recovery Act Recipient Reporting.
FedBizOps
A list of Advertised solicitations. This a listing of solicitations that are issued or will be issued.
Planholder lists are available in FedBizOps. Registration to be placed on a planholders list is located within the synopsis link for the solicitation. Contractors must register seperately for every solicitation.
ORCA
Online Representation and Certification Application. Beginning January 1, 2005, the Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) will require the use of ORCA in Federal solicitations as part of the proposal submission process. A web-based system that centralized and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the representations and certifications required by the Federal Acquisition and previously found in solicitations. You will need to review and/or update tour ORCA record at least annually in order to maintain its active status.
