2016-1372 - 5/11/2017: IN-LIEU FEE SPONSOR/APPLICANT: Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation and Miller County Commission PROJECT LOCATION (As shown on the attached map): South Little Tavern Creek on Tavern Creek Road, Section 33, Township 39 north, Range 12 west, Miller County, Missouri. ACTIVITY: This notice announces a proposed amendment to the Stream Stewardship Trust Fund (SSTF) In-Lieu Fee (ILF) Instrument. The amendment is for the acceptance of mitigation plan SSTF-0085-Miller County, which describes removing a concrete low-water crossing containing four box culverts and replacing it with a low water span bridge.

ACTIVITY: Applicant proposes to construct a loading dock of approximately 40 feet wide by 25 feet long on the right descending bank of the Missouri River.

2017-527 - 4/20/2017: APPLICANT: Davis Development Company PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located within wetlands adjacent to Tomahawk Creek on approximately 18 acres of land in Section 30, Township 13 South, Range 25 East, in Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas. ACTIVITY: The applicant proposes to permanently grade and fill 0.73 acres of wetlands to construct a multi-family residential development referred to as South Creek Apartments Residential Development.

ACTIVITY: The applicant proposes to place fill material within waters of the United States, for the construction of two industrial warehouse facilities on an approximately 150-acre lot on undeveloped land.

2017-297 - 3/24/2017: SPONSOR: ESS GREEN 1, LLC PROJECT LOCATION: Site 1 of this proposed umbrella mitigation banking instrument is located on approximately 245 acres of land located at the confluence of Sni-A-Bar Creek and the West Fork Sni-A-Bar Creek on East Nebgen Road about three miles southeast of Grain Valley, Missouri in Jackson County, Missouri. ACTIVITY: ESS GREEN 1, LLC proposes to construct a compensatory wetland and stream mitigation bank that will replace the unavoidable loss of wetlands and stream channels that result from the issuance of Department of the Army Permits under the authorities of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (33 USC 1344) and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 (33 USC 403).
